When will my order be made and shipped?
Items in our Pre-Made section will be shipped out within 48 hours (weekends and holidays excluded).  Other products are custom-made to order and may take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to ship depending on your specific order and time of year. We will contact you via email when your order is received, and let you know when to expect your package to be mailed.

How will my order ship?
All orders are shipped through the U.S. Postal Service and should arrive within 3-5 days after mailing.  You will receive shipping confirmation via email once your order has been packaged for shipment.

How much is shipping?
Domestic shipping charges are based on the total amount of your order and inlude shipping confirmation.  As you add items to your cart, a separate PayPal Shopping Cart window will open and show your subtotal plus shipping charges. *This chart may fluctuate slightly without prior notice.

Do you ship International?
Small items such as Security Blankets, Tooth Fairy Pillows and Nursing Aprons can be shipped outside of the US.  Most shipping rates will be reflected in your shopping cart, however, some items that include shipping as part of the price will require additional international postage.  Please contact us if you need an international shipping quote.

Can my order be rushed?
Yes, you may purchase a "Rush" on your order. Please contact Customer Service for a quote based on your individual needs.

I placed an order, but I didn't receive a confirmation or a response back?
Please, check your SPAM or JUNK MAIL folder(s) for any communications from us, this includes confirmation emails.  If you still don't see anything, feel free to contact us if you would like to verify the details of your order.

I live in Central Florida, can I pick up my order?
If you're within driving distance to Altamonte Springs, we can arrange to meet locally to save shipping costs. Please email or phone in your order, so that you can be invoiced minus shipping.  Florida residents are charged 7% sales tax.

What type of payments do you accept?
We are proud to be a verified member of  PayPal which allows you to pay with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or directly from your bank or PayPal account, securely.  You do NOT have to have a PayPal account to make a payment.  No personal checks accepted.

Are you on eBay?
We don't always have auctions going, but please click to view any current eBay auctions.  Many items listed on eBay are made with seasonal or discontinued fabrics so you will have different pattern selections.  If you see something you like there, its a good idea to bid or buy-it-now - it may be the one and only in that fabric! 

Do you have any "seconds" or returns available for discounted purchase?
Check our Pre-Mades or eBay listings for any sale priced items. We may have "sample" products available for purchase, they will also be listed here.

I'm purchasing something for a gift.  Can you mail it directly to the person for me?
Yes.  But PLEASE leave your confirmed address as the ship-to address during checkout.  You will need to email us after you have placed your order with specific details of where to mail your gift.  We will not send a price receipt with gift orders, and we can include a gift note to your recipient at your request.

What is your return policy?
Items can be returned for purchase price or exchanged within 14 days of the ship date; shipping is non-refundable and is the responsibility of the buyer.  We're sorry, but any personalized items are non-refundable.  More about our policies.

I need more of your business cards!
Thank you!  You can either print business cards using standard paper and cut: Business Card pdf file. Snail Mail: Send us your mailing address and we can snail-mail you more.  Word-of-mouth referrals are the best advertising! Thank you for supporting this Work-At-Home-Mom business!
